童年汇作为中国学校的补充教育,以及与国际课程无缝接轨的机构,是一家通过提供儿童科学素养课程以及数理逻辑课程,来培养儿童积极人格特质,发展儿童全方位智能的教育机构。同时以具有特色的“家校协同”体系,提供家庭教育的咨询、培训及交流平台,为家庭更好地发展儿童,塑造儿童人格提供各项服务。儿童的学习除了知识层面,还有通过与他人与环境的互动,在建构自我的人格系统,它深深影响了儿童的成长与学习,甚至影响人的一生。积极的人格特质是一种满意的心理体验,并以积极乐观的方式外显出来,它使得儿童向对自己有利的方向发展。童年汇引入21世纪影响力最大的教育理念--意大利瑞吉欧 [1]  ,倡导教育应当是“关系的教育”,教师与儿童的关系,教师与家长的关系,家长与儿童的关系,学校与家庭的关系。童年汇认为优质的教育来源于对家庭教育的尊重、引导和沟通;有效的教育来源于学校教育的延伸;只有学校与家庭培养,才能使得教育效果最大化,童年汇的教育包含40%课程教育,30%评估反馈,30%家庭教育咨询与教育支持方案。
